Can’t believe the flight on a Thursday night to Bangkok was so full, but lucky we had our pre arranged seats, so there was just the two and we didn’t have anybody next to us. The in-flight meals seem to be getting smaller, and we were still hungry after our main.
We arrived in Bangkok at 5.30am local time and made our way to the hotel. Bangkok’s traffic is a nightmare, even at 6.30 in the morning. We were lucky enough to check into the hotel at 7.00 am but they gave us a room with two single beds. The hotel said they will change us tomorrow.
We walked and walked all morning as nothing much opens until after 10 in Thailand and witnessed the devastation of the riots back in May.
We met up with Kung and she took us to her friends jewellery shop where we discussed the redesign of Bron’s rings. After leaving the store, we caught the train back to the central district and had some lunch.
We spent the rest of the afternoon looking around before having an early dinner at Mana followed by a massage and an early night.
